A production manager is required to work for Dhilal Holding Company (cement products) in Jeddah
Main tasks:
- Managing and coordinating production operations for cement products
- Supervising the work team and providing the necessary training and support
- Developing production plans and setting timetables to achieve goals
- Ensure adherence to quality and safety standards in all production processes
- Analyze performance and productivity and submit periodic reports to management
- Collaborate with other departments to improve operations and reduce waste
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in engineering, business administration, or related field
3 to 5 years of experience in production management, with previous experience in the UAE and Saudi Arabia
Experience in the field of cement products is an added advantage
Strong leadership skills and ability to work under pressure
Familiarity with production methods and quality practices
Proficiency in using relevant computer programs
Language requirements:
