Responsibilities:
Achieving sales goals:
- Working to achieve monthly and annual sales targets
- Presenting products to customers in a professional manner that matches their requirements
Interaction with customers:
- Receiving customers at the exhibition and providing information about the products in a friendly and professional manner
- Listening to customers’ needs and providing them with the necessary advice based on their requirements
- Follow up with customers after sales to ensure their satisfaction with the service and products
Exhibit management:
- Arranging and organizing the exhibition in a way that ensures that the products are displayed in an attractive manner
- Ensure the availability of sufficient stock of products, and coordinate with the warehouse department to meet any additional requests
Training and technical knowledge:
- Maintain a good level of knowledge of different products, including types, specifications, and appropriate uses for each product
- Attending training courses and internal events to increase technical and marketing knowledge
Collaboration with the team:
- Work as part of the sales team to achieve the organization's goals
- Coordination with other departments (such as administration and warehouses) to ensure smooth workflow
Requirements:
Negotiation and persuasion skills
Previous experience in sales
Good knowledge of using computers and sales management programs
