Responsibilities:
Project Management:
- Manage and monitor all aspects of construction projects from planning to implementation
- Ensuring projects are completed on time and budget
- Coordination with project owners, including architects, contractors and subcontractors
Site supervision:
- Regular supervision and inspection of construction sites to monitor progress
- Ensure adherence to safety and quality standards on site
- Dealing with any issues or concerns that may arise during construction operations
Review charts:
- Review and interpret engineering drawings and specifications
- Collaborate with the design team to ensure the accuracy and feasibility of plans
Preparing tables of quantities and necessary measurements
Resource management:
- Manage and coordinate construction resources, including materials, equipment, and labor
- Improving resource distribution to enhance project efficiency
Quality Control:
- Implement and maintain quality control procedures
- Conduct checks to ensure work meets industry standards and project specifications
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, architecture or a related field
Proven experience of 2 to 3 years as an engineer (civil - architectural) in construction projects and in the field of building residential villas
Proficiency in project management tools and software such as (AutoCAD and Microsoft Project Plan)
Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials and techniques
