- Bringing external real estate to be included in the company
- Preparing reports and presentations
- Responding to customer calls and emails
- Carrying out the tasks required of his manager (office and field)
- Creating a customer base for the company (owners + buyers + brokers)
- Develop marketing plans that suit the nature of the property to be marketed
Requirements:
Familiarity with real estate marketing and real estate brokerage
Tact in dealing
Initiative and proactive
It is preferable to have a valid real estate marketing and brokerage license
Proficiency in dealing with Microsoft Office programs (Word + Excel + PowerPoint)
