- Receiving and welcoming customers and providing assistance to them in choosing the appropriate products
- Be patient, tactful, and deal with customers in a friendly manner
- Providing detailed information about current products and offers at the exhibition
- Organizing and arranging products in the exhibition and maintaining its cleanliness
- Carrying out sales operations and using various payment systems
- Recording sales and preparing daily reports
- Follow up on inventory and inform management when there is a need to reorder
- Providing excellent customer service to ensure customer satisfaction
- Participate in promotional activities and special offers
- Adherence to health and safety standards in the store
- Assist in training new employees when needed
