Tasks:
- Coordinating and managing the administrative aspects of events and exhibitions
- Dealing with the administrative aspects of organizing conferences and ensuring smooth operations
- Support the executive team in implementing programs and events
Requirements:
  • University degree in a related discipline
  • At least two years of experience in managing exhibitions and conferences
  • Full proficiency in the English language, spoken and written
  • Proficiency in using computers and Microsoft Office programs
  • Good administrative and organizational experience
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to handle situations flexibly and professionally
  • Well versed in the basics of marketing and sales
  • Ability to work independently and under pressure
