- Evaluates training and development needs through surveys, interviews, focus groups, and communication with managers, trainees, and customer representatives
- Establishes, organizes, plans and delivers various forms of preparation, direction and training to employees
- Provides training and development programs using different formats and formats including group discussion, lecture, simulation and videos
- Maintains records of training and development activities, attendance, test and assessment results, and retraining requirements
- Visiting exhibitions, evaluating employees, following up on weak points and strengthening them
- Evaluating the effectiveness of the program through evaluations, surveys and feedback
- Maintains knowledge of the latest trends in training and development
- Performs other related duties as required
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Training and Development, or a related field
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong presentation skills
Proficient in a variety of multimedia training platforms and methods
