Job duties:
- Recruitment through: search - screening - interview - selection - appointment
- Preparing job offers
- Drafting employment contracts in accordance with the Saudi system
- Personnel management: salaries - vacations - work periods...etc
- Managing the company’s account at the Ministry of Labor and Social Insurance and completing the regulatory requirements
- Preparing, coordinating and following up on training programs approved by the company for employees
- Preparing specialized documents and reports related to human resources operations, presenting appropriate recommendations and appropriate solutions, presenting them, clarifying them, and saving them in their database in accordance with the approved policies and procedures.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or equivalent
Experience in human resources management and its basic functions
Excellent level of English
Ability to deal with human resources management programs
Experience in the labor and social insurance system of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the ability to deal with the electronic services of the Ministry of Labor as well as social insurance.
