- Assisting in attracting employees within the company as a whole, including finding the required human resources, screening personal interviews, testing, developing job offers and employment contracts, and preparing new employees for work.
- Follow up on training activities company-wide, including preparing estimates and analyzes of training needs, developing training plans and necessary training points, and evaluating trainees.
- Review, discuss and coordinate the plans developed by business units regarding their manpower needs and then submit them to the direct manager
- Follow up on attendance, departure, and overtime hours, and prepare daily and monthly reports
- Monitoring and following up on the employees’ commitment to the management of the principles, rules, guidelines and policies that have been established by the company
- Supporting the Human Resources Director by conducting an annual evaluation process to evaluate the employees’ performance of their tasks
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Diploma in Human Resources
Outstanding organizational ability with great attention to detail
