- A financial manager is required with at least 10 years of experience as a financial manager in an investment company to work in the city of Riyadh
Tasks and responsibilities:
Financial planning and budgeting:
- Preparing and implementing short- and long-term financial plans in line with the company’s objectives
- Preparing annual budgets, monitoring compliance with them, and adjusting them as needed
- Financial performance analysis:
- Conducting periodic financial analyzes of the company’s financial performance
- Provide strategic recommendations based on financial analysis to improve profitability and reduce costs
Cash flow management:
- Monitoring cash flows and ensuring the availability of the necessary liquidity to meet the company’s needs
- Coordinating internal and external financing operations to ensure the availability of funds necessary for investments and projects
Financial risk management:
- Develop and implement strategies to manage financial risks and protect company assets
- Follow up on changes in financial laws and regulations and ensure compliance with them
Supervising accounting operations:
- Supervising the preparation of periodic and annual financial reports and ensuring their accuracy and efficiency
- Cooperating with internal and external audit teams to ensure transparency and accuracy in financial operations
Tax Planning and Compliance:
- Manage the company's tax planning to ensure compliance with applicable tax laws
- Providing advice on the tax implications of financial and investment strategies
Communication with relevant parties:
- Building strong relationships with investors, financial analysts and financial institutions
- Provide financial information and reports to the Board of Directors and senior management in a clear and understandable manner
Professional development for the finance team:
- Lead, direct and develop the Finance team to ensure the highest levels of performance
- Providing training and guidance to employees to develop their professional skills
Participation in formulating policies and strategies:
- Participate in formulating the company's general policies and strategies
- Providing financial advice to senior management in making strategic decisions
Management of investments and financial portfolios:
- Supervising the management of the company’s investments and evaluating their performance
- Develop strategies for managing financial portfolios to maximize returns and minimize risks
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related field (Master's degree preferred)
At least 10 years of practical experience in the field of finance, with experience in a leadership position in an investment company
Deep knowledge of financial markets and investment products
Strong analytical skills and ability to make strategic financial decisions
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Proficiency in financial analysis and accounting software
