Inventory management:
- Monitor inventory levels, conduct periodic inventory counts, and continually update inventory records
Receipt and delivery of goods:
- Receiving shipments, verifying their compliance with papers and invoices, and organizing the process of delivering products to customers or branches
Storage and organization:
- Organizing and storing goods in a way that facilitates access and maintains their quality and safety
Ensure safety standards:
- Ensure adherence to safety and health procedures within the warehouse, and handle food products in line with the required standards
Reporting:
- Preparing daily or weekly reports on inventory levels, merchandise status, and any problems or challenges facing the business
Supervising the work team:
- Directing and training the warehouse team to ensure efficiency and quality in performance
Dealing with damaged products:
- Sorting and managing damaged or potentially dangerous goods, and taking the necessary measures to dispose of them in accordance with policies
Requirements:
Secondary qualification or higher
Minimum one year experience in the food field
Ability to use Microsoft Office programs (such as Excel and Word) to prepare reports and organize data and inventory
