• Managing, motivating and directing café staff.
• Improve café operations by implementing effective workflows, procedures and schedules
• Monitor service quality, process customer feedback, and resolve problems promptly and professionally
•Collaborate with baristas to develop and update menus, pricing strategies and daily specials.
• Manage inventory levels, including beverages, baked goods and supplies.
• Enforce health and safety standards, food safety protocols and hygiene guidelines.
• Monitor the daily protocol for opening and closing the cashier for each shift, including network sales, delivery applications, and communication with the accounting department.
• Monitor budget and financial performance, analyze sales data, and implement cost control measures.
•Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills, product knowledge and service standards
• Oversee shift schedules, staffing levels and labor costs.
• Build and maintain relationships with suppliers, negotiate contracts, and monitor deliveries.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to implement promotional campaigns, events and marketing strategies.
• Ensure the physical appearance of the café is well maintained, handling repairs and maintenance as needed including appliances and equipment
•Ensure compliance with government regulations, including labor laws
Requirements:

Mastering café and restaurant management programs and point-of-sale systems
