- Manage employee files and human resources records including wages, bonuses, vacations, and health insurance
- Assist in planning and implementing HR policies and procedures to ensure legal and institutional compliance
- Participate in recruitment processes, including preparing job advertisements, interviews, and recommendations
- Assist in organizing and implementing training and development programs for employees
- Participate in the process of evaluating employees’ performance and preparing reports related to that
- Assist in managing employee incentives and benefits programs
Requirements:

Good knowledge of labor laws and relevant legislation
