- Supervising the team, training employees, distributing tasks and monitoring performance

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree (Marketing - Kindergarten - Business Administration)
- 1-3 years of experience in managing child care centers or a similar field
Ability to communicate effectively with children, parents and staff
Ability to lead, manage a work team, and bear responsibility
Excellent leadership and organizational skills
