Job duties:
- Developing manufacturing processes by studying product requirements
- Improving the efficiency of manufacturing operations by analyzing work plans and performance
- Installing new equipment and tools
- Evaluating manufacturing processes by conducting research
- Communicate and work directly with service providers
- Testing manufacturing processes, tools and equipment
- Ensuring the quality of products and manufacturing processes
- Making decisions regarding manufacturing operations
- Review production schedules
- Anticipating the materials, tools and requirements needed for all future manufacturing processes
- Preparing products and preparing reports
- Collect and analyze all important data and information related to manufacturing operations
- Providing information related to manufacturing engineering according to the questions and inquiries received by the manufacturing engineer
- Adherence to security and safety rules and professional work ethics
- Entering data and using the necessary software in manufacturing engineering
- Completing design and manufacturing projects
- Product analysis and designs
- Production management, goal management and inventory control
- Identify deficiencies and technical malfunctions in products and machines
- Work directly with manufacturing staff and train them to work on new equipment
- Setting the necessary budgets for manufacturing projects
- Use of computer-aided manufacturing software
- Manufacturing quality control
- Developing products and making modifications to them
- Taking into account the measures necessary to be taken in order to reduce as much as possible its impact on the environment
- Acquiring technical knowledge by attending training workshops
