- Welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office
- Directing visitors to the right person and office
- Answer incoming phone calls
- Ensure that the reception area is tidy and accessible to attendees, with all necessary stationery and materials (e.g. pens, forms, brochures)
- Providing basic and accurate information in person, by phone, or by email
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree (recent graduation or one year experience)
