Job description:
- Managing and participating in the development of the main objectives of financial management.
- Directly supervising the activities of managing, planning and organizing accounting and financial work, following up on the implementation of various operations, supervising employees and directing them to follow accounting and financial systems and rules and reviewing their work.
- Follow up on all approved administrative processes, and ensure the availability of all technical and human resources that ensure the conduct of daily operations as efficiently and effectively as possible.
- Manage and direct all department employees.
- Ensuring the provision and interpretation of financial information.
- Follow up on all changes in financial legislation and regulations.
- Monitoring all cash flows and contributing to anticipating future trends, analyzing changes, and providing advice.
- Follow up on appropriate opportunities to reduce financial costs.
- Paying attention to managing financial accounting systems.
- Prepare long-term strategic operation plans.
- Reporting influences on the nature of work performance.
- Interest in studying market trends and analyzing competing facilities.
- Ensuring the development and improvement of the mechanisms applied in financial management, which contributes to reducing risks.
- Communicating with all auditors with the aim of monitoring the organization’s annual financial position.
- Developing and improving external relations by activating the role of communications with bankers and financial auditors.
- Managing the financial budget and submitting periodic financial reports.
- Searching for new sources of financial financing with the aim of facilitating the payment of the company’s debts.
- Studying the company’s current conditions in order to evaluate its financial situation, sources of financing, and points of financial waste in the company.
- Developing the main objectives, policies and plans for financial management in accordance with the company’s activity and the future goals it hopes to achieve.
- Participation in decision-making processes.
- Developing an elaborate financial plan with the implementation of accounting and financial procedures and all elements of the plan, which serve the company with all its elements to reach the highest profit index that can be achieved.
- Establishing an elaborate mechanism for monitoring and preserving documents issued and received by the administration and ensuring that all administration employees implement this through surprise periodic inspections.
- Preparing and implementing complete monthly reconciliation processes, while auditing the bond preparation processes and restrictions before approving them.
- Supervising periodic and annual inventory operations and matching them with private accounts.
- Supervising the preparation of bank reconciliation statements on a monthly basis and showing the differences, if any.
- Supervising the preparation of trial balances and periodic financial reports, studying and analyzing them, and submitting them to senior management in order to contribute to decision-making.
- Review and audit all disbursement statements, including salaries, liquidations, settlements, covenants, and bank reconciliations before approving them to ensure that they are free of any financial errors.
- Preparing balances for reviewing the detailed accounts and general accounts at the end of each month and ensuring that the balances in each of them are correct.
- Preparing final accounts at the end of each financial year.
- Preparing, reviewing and auditing job allocations.
- Developing the financial plan for the entire company, specifying the allowable budget for each department according to its productivity, and following up with the Human Resources Department, ensuring that the job positions currently occupied by each department and the department follow the plans and financial vision established in advance.
- Participate with the Human Resources Department in the processes of developing policies, regulations and laws in general and related to financial matters in particular.
- Analyzing the current situation, as well as analyzing any changes that may occur to the company and any financial matters related to it, and providing advice to senior management.
- Monitoring the factors that would affect the company’s performance and work and achieving its goals and submitting reports on this to senior management on a periodic basis.
- Developing external relations with the necessary contacts, such as auditors, lawyers, and officials of banks and legal institutions, to facilitate various joint actions, from requesting loans or facilitating reviews of the annual budget for its final approval.
- Developing financial management and accounting systems in addition to activating the role of financial control over all management and divisions of the company and financial reporting.
- Conduct training and career development programs for management personnel and implement them in partnership with the Human Resources Department.
- Participation with the Human Resources Department in order to implement performance measurement programs after job training processes in order to retain the work staff within the department or go to replacement and replacement processes in cooperation with the Human Resources Department.
- Inventorying all the company’s assets, inventorying depreciation operations, and submitting periodic reports thereon to senior management.
