• Coordinate with line manager to ensure support for the site and team
• Conduct regular area reviews to ensure that team members are meeting performance standards
• Ensure that the highest standards of food safety and hygiene are consistently maintained in accordance with the SACC Quality Assurance Programme
• Report any shortages in stores or required products to the team leader
• Help the team leader adhere to budgets for labor, food, cleaning materials, utensils, and all other miscellaneous costs
• Provide daily reports to customer maintenance/technical support for preventive maintenance
• Presents a positive image of Catreon with clients and customers
• Implement quality control systems that measure customer satisfaction and client and contract compliance
