• Manage, design, develop and construct construction projects in a safe and timely manner
• Conduct on-site investigations and analyze data (maps, reports, tests, drawings, etc.)
• Conduct technical and feasibility studies and develop plans that meet technical specifications
• Assess potential risks and determine materials and costs
• Supervising employees and communicating with various administrative positions
• Preparing periodic reports on the project status
• Manage budget and purchase required equipment and materials
• Follow up on building and safety permits and supervise the implementation of all conditions
Requirements:
Good knowledge in dealing with design programs such as AutoCAD, 3D Max, and other engineering programs
The ability to plan efficiently and with high accuracy
Proficiency in project management and supervision skills
