- Develop, implement, document and review quality control systems and procedures
- Monitor and inspect production processes to ensure compliance with national and international standards (Joint Commission International (JCI))
- Develop and implement corrective action plans
- Analyze data to identify areas for improvement
- Prepare reports to communicate outcomes of quality activities
- Identify training needs and organize training interventions to meet quality standards
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure quality standards are met
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in a medical field
Certificate as a Professional in Healthcare Quality (CPHQ)
Work Experience as a Quality Control Specialist or in similar role
Good communication skills, both verbal and written in Arabic and English
