- Receiving, welcoming and assisting customers throughout the purchasing process

- Provide excellent customer service to customers by providing them with prompt, courteous, and professional service and assisting them with frame and lens selection
- Achieving established goals and objectives for sales and customer service
- Operate cash registers and manage financial transactions
- Follow the correct procedures when accepting checks and credit cards and then acting as cashier
- Accurately complete all required paperwork, accurately measure and order customer glasses
- Arranging and coordinating the exhibition and making it ready for customers at all times and following the instructions of the branch manager or the direct manager in everything related to the work and his directions.
