- Delivering letters and parcels issued to government, private and relevant agencies
- Receiving transactions directed to the company from the relevant authorities
- Follow up on the completion of transactions and procedures with relevant government and private agencies
- Renewing all company documents and licenses
- Follow up on the mail and bring it to the company headquarters
- Preparing papers, files and records organizing his work
