Job description:
- Develop a comprehensive sales strategy aimed at increasing the company’s share of the ready-mixed concrete market and achieving revenue goals. This includes analyzing the market, estimating demand and identifying new opportunities for expansion and improving operations
Sales team management:
- Organizing and implementing sales operations, directing field operations for the sales team, following up on performance reports, and providing periodic analyses
- Directing and managing the sales team. This includes setting performance goals, allocating tasks, training employees, and providing advice and guidance to achieve desired results
- Cooperating with other departments within the factory to achieve integration in operations
- Follow up and analyze the team and sales performance and submit periodic reports
Marketing strategy implementation:
- Implementing the company’s specific marketing strategy, by identifying appropriate marketing channels and developing promotional offers and advertising campaigns to attract new customers.
Achieving financial goals:
- The Sales Manager is responsible for achieving the financial goals set for the factory. Establishes sales budgets, monitors revenues, and analyzes financial results to identify future opportunities and improvements
Building and maintaining customer relationships:
- Build and foster strong relationships with potential and existing clients. He deals with customer inquiries, provides technical consultations and necessary information, and works to solve problems and meet customer needs
Follow trends and competition:
- The Sales Manager follows industrial trends and analyzes market behavior and competitor movements in the ready-mixed concrete industry, and provides reports and recommendations to management regarding the improvements and modifications necessary to enhance the plant’s position in the market.
Reports and analysis:
- Preparing periodic reports and analyzes on sales performance and achieving goals. Reports to executive management and relies on available data and information to identify trends and make strategic decisions.
Compliance with standards and regulations
- Ensure that all operations comply with industrial and legal standards and regulations
Develop sales and pricing policies:
- Establishing effective and appropriate sales policies and procedures for the company
Requirements:
