- A civil engineer (construction and infrastructure) is required with 5 years of experience to work in the city of Riyadh
Tasks and responsibilities:
- Planning and design of engineering projects related to construction and infrastructure, including roads, bridges, buildings, water drainage systems, sewage networks, tunnels, dams, and other related facilities
- Project management
- Preparing technical drawings and engineering reports related to projects, and ensuring their compliance with engineering, environmental and security standards
- Evaluating the geographic and environmental conditions of the project and analyzing data to determine the best design and structural solutions
- Managing and coordinating the work of various work teams specialized in implementing construction projects, following up on progress and ensuring compliance with schedules and budgets
- Monitoring the quality of implementation and following up on the application of technical and safety standards on the construction site
- Continuous communication with customers, suppliers, government agencies and consultants to ensure the project is implemented efficiently according to specified specifications
- Solving problems and challenges facing the implementation process in effective and constructive ways
- Review and analyze contracts and technical specifications for the project and ensure their application in accordance with legal and technical standards
Requirements:
Bachelor of Civil Engineering
At least 5 years of work experience in the field of construction and infrastructure
Extensive knowledge of architectural software such as AutoCAD, and engineering modeling software such as Revit or Bentley MicroStation
Strong analytical skills and the ability to solve problems innovatively and effectively
Ability to work under pressure according to established timelines and allocated budgets
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with different teams, clients and external parties
Ability to provide technical reports and prepare presentations to clients and stakeholders
Knowledge of local and international engineering legislation and standards relevant to the field of construction and infrastructure
