Accountant duties:
- Collect data on working hours for each employee
- Performing calculations to calculate the amount due which includes overtime, deductions, bonuses, etc
- Obtaining approval from senior management for payments when necessary
- Preparing and executing payment orders through an electronic system or distributing payroll checks
- Managing employee payment data, whether electronically or on paper
- Calculating the tax rate and paying employee benefits
- Track hour rates, wages, benefits rates, and new data related to benefits
- Cooperating with employees and superiors and responding to questions related to entitlements
- Preparing reports for senior management and financial management on a regular basis
Requirements:
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field
At least two years of experience
Proficiency in the English language
Strong understanding of accounting basics and best practices related to employee benefits
Very good knowledge of legislation and legal regulations in this field
Accuracy and maintaining complete confidentiality in dealing with employee files
Ability to organize well and divide tasks and time
Proficiency in communication skills with different personalities
