Roles and responsibilities:
- Managing all the work of the Personnel Affairs Department and government platforms
- Follow up on employment contracts for new employees and create job files for them
- Preparing and following up data for documenting employee contracts electronically
- Preparing monthly performance evaluation reports for employees
- Follow up on residency data for expatriates and renew them one month (30 days) before their expiration
- Follow up on the procedures for paying work permit fees and renewing residency permits with the financial department
- Supervising government platforms for human resources management (such as Qawi, Muqeem, Social Insurance, and electronic services for the Labor Office)
- Reviewing resignations, end-of-service procedures, and employee releases
- Issuing salary definition letters (certified or not certified by the Chamber of Commerce)
- Issuing experience certificates for outgoing employees
- Follow up on all types of employee vacations
- Managing social insurance in terms of entries and exits
- Issuing the monthly social insurance bill and following up on payment
- Supervising medical insurance for new and ending employees
- Follow up on the expiration dates of government documents (passport, residency, work permits)
- Carrying out any new related work assigned to him
Requirements:
Proficiency in dealing with all government platforms related to labor and insurance regulations
More than 3 years of experience in the same field
I am familiar with the Saudi labor law and social insurance and what is new to them
Proficient in dealing with Office programs and HRIS human resources systems
