Key Responsibilities:
- Making outgoing calls to potential customers in specific areas, for example (Dammam - Riyadh - Jeddah)
- Present and explain the features and benefits of our ERP solutions to potential clients
- Generate interest and secure appointments for the sales team to discuss ERP solutions in detail
- Maintain a database of potential clients and track interactions and results
- Follow up with potential clients who have expressed interest but have not yet committed
- Achieve and exceed set goals for calls and appointments
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to refine texts and improve communication strategies
- Provide feedback on market trends and customer preferences to the product development team
- Attend training sessions to stay up to date on product knowledge and industry trends
Requirements:
Proven experience in telemarketing, sales, or related field
Excellent verbal and interpersonal communication skills
Ability to build quick and effective relationships with potential clients.
Fluency in English and knowledge of Arabic are an added advantage
Strong persuasion skills and ability to handle objections
Preference will be given to those with familiarity with ERP solutions and their benefits
Proficiency in the use of customer relationship management software and other related tools
Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
