- Ensure that all documents follow the format consistent with the organization’s rules and regulations
- Create templates for documents for future use and manage the flow of documents within the organization
- Maintaining confidentiality about sensitive information and the organization’s terms of agreement
- Supervising the easy retrieval of files according to the needs of employees and customers
- Review and update various documents and documents such as workflow files
- Follow up on copying and storage of documents and documents
- Establishing a system to assist management with paper documents
- Preparing customized reports on projects according to business needs
- Review and maintain the archive in paper and electronic form
- Preparing and managing the organization’s files and documents
- Follow up and submit reports on the progress of documents
- Check editing accuracy of various files

Requirements:
Bachelor of Business Administration
Proficiency in dealing with Microsoft Office programs, especially (Excel, Word)
Good knowledge of electronic document management systems (EDMS)
Ability to adhere to regulatory systems and regulations
Good knowledge of labor law and corporate laws
Proficiency in the process of writing and editing documents
