- Developing policies, procedures and operational plans that govern the department’s work
- Full responsibility for monitoring and analyzing deviation from established plans, causes and treatment methods
- Preparing directives and proposals for projects and supervising all stages of design and development
- Design key design components and provide guidance as needed
- Approving project drawings using specialized design programs and updating the programs as needed
- Contributing to attracting and preparing talents and competencies in the department and evaluating the performance of employees on a regular basis
- Final review on the project and ensure consulting standards and delivery as agreed upon
- Ensure that legislation, standards and codes of practice are applied in accordance with legal requirements
- Contribute to building, adopting and tracking the implementation of key performance indicators for management
- Providing periodic reports on the management’s work and tasks and submitting them to senior management
- Carrying out any other work or tasks required by the work and approved by his direct supervisor
