Responsibilities:
- Manage and improve the flow of goods and services within the company’s supply chain and under the supervision of the Board of Directors, this role includes inventory management, logistics and warehouse coordination
- Stock levels to ensure adequate stock levels while minimizing holding costs and out-of-stocks
- Logistics activities including clearance, transportation, warehousing and distribution to improve efficiency and reduce turnaround time
- Performing suppliers and maintaining positive relationships to ensure quality and timely delivery of goods and services
- Follow up and update supply chain data to identify opportunities to improve operations and save costs
- Collaborate with the Sales and Logistics Department to integrate functions to implement supply chain initiatives and projects to comply with company policies and in accordance with government regulations and procedures and international supply chain management standards.
Requirements:
Degree in supply chain management in the agricultural field
A professional certificate in supply chains from a recognized body in the agricultural field
Ability to manage supply chain businesses and apply best practices
Knowledge of supply chain management software and tools
Skills to interpret and analyze data and make informed decisions
Communication and negotiation skills with sales and logistics department
