Job description:
- Strengthening the connection between the company and its audiences by all available means of identification to enhance trust
- Investigating complaints and requests related to the company’s work to remove any fraud or negligence that occurred to them, remove their causes, and submit reports to those responsible for public issues that require important treatment.
- Collecting data, statistics, comprehensive summaries, and laws about projects and plans, arranging them, and preserving them according to a clear system that allows them to be used in media and inquiries as quickly as possible.
- Organizing appropriate means to respond to important or special inquiries directed to management regarding any matter, and establishing a special system for employee interviews during work hours.
- Expressing the opinion of the company’s Board of Directors to employees, customers and the media
- The ability to understand media tools and their characteristics and learn about the concept of media in general. Good preparation for interviews and employing them for the benefit of objective goals. Strong and influential expression of the company.
