Main tasks
- Applying policies and procedures for annual, sick, and emergency leaves and other leaves specified in the approved vacation and vacation policy, applying procedures for promotions, secondment, and end of service, and recording all employee incidents in accordance with the approved systems and procedures.
- Implementing procedures, systems and forms for monitoring branch employees’ attendance and their various types of leaves, and amending the forms when needed, in addition to implementing the attendance monitoring system and ensuring their commitment to official working hours.
- Preparing specialized documents and reports related to human resources operations, presenting appropriate recommendations and appropriate solutions, displaying them, clarifying them, and saving them in their database in accordance with the approved policies and procedures.
- Updating information related to employees and providing it to the employee services team by recording and documenting all information related to the entity’s employees, such as promotions, training courses, and matters related to salaries and benefits.
- Dealing with employee complaints, observations, requests and inquiries in a professional manner and effectively raising problems, if they exist, to the department director
