Job description:
- Implementing the association’s strategic and operational plan, working to achieve it, and participating effectively in developing strategic goals and plans
- Supervising the preparation of the association’s draft annual budget that is consistent with the aspirations contained in the strategic plan
- Translating the established goals and strategies into long- and short-term plans, participating in their preparation with department directors, and supervising their implementation.
- Supervising the development of the association’s financial resources in order to achieve financial stability and sustainability
- Supervising the follow-up of the association’s work and the extent of its commitment to implementing the law, regulations and organizational decisions
- Follow up on various developments in the field of volunteer work sector locally and internationally, specifically in the field of orphans, with the aim of administrative development and raising the level of programs and projects.
- Communicating with partners and relevant authorities and reaching an understanding with the Chairman of the Council in advance regarding visits, correspondence, and receiving dignitaries such as princes, ministers, directors of giant companies, and others.
- Develop and implement an annual plan for events, programs, workshops, and internal forums in which the association participates and which it sponsors
- Working to achieve the association’s goals and improve its image in society and stakeholders
- Preparing plans that help build strategic partnerships with government institutions supporting the association
- Supervising cooperation and coordination between ministries, government institutions and the private sector in implementing strategic projects
- Submitting periodic reports to the Board of Directors according to the agreed upon schedule
- Supervising the establishment of alliances and partnerships that support the association’s current and future projects
- Representing the association in concluding agreements and contracts with private or governmental entities within the limits of its authority
- Supervising the development of policies, systems, and administrative and financial procedures necessary to implement and implement the association’s strategy and supervising its implementation
- Overcoming all difficulties facing the association and finding solutions to problems that may hinder the progress of work
- Evaluating the performance of his direct subordinates and approving reports evaluating the performance of other subordinates in various departments
- Understanding the needs of the association’s targeted benefactors, and the ability to meet them by providing the association’s services
- Supervising events and marketing the association’s products
- Ensuring the proper functioning of functional relations between the various departments of the association
- Supervising the work of the committees and submitting reports thereon to the Board of Directors if necessary
- Meeting periodically with the association’s department directors to discuss suggestions that would improve work performance
- Follow up on reports received from the Board of Directors and take appropriate measures regarding them after discussing them
- Studying the training needs of employees to develop their functional capabilities and skills
- Working to develop information systems, encouraging the use of technology, and developing skills in using it
- Supervising employees and encouraging them to help provide new and constructive suggestions and opinions
- Ensure that employees follow health and safety regulations
- Representing the association in various conferences and meetings
- Finding appropriate solutions to the problems that hinder the association’s growth and hinder its progress
- Supervising all daily activities and operations in the association through constant follow-up
- Ensuring the implementation of the best strategies that ensure continuous development in the association’s work environment
- Setting goals for all tasks, measuring the extent of success in implementing them and following up on their reports
- Paying attention to following up on the work of department directors, department heads, and supervisors in various departments
- Searching for the best functional programs that can be successfully applied within the association’s work environment
- Linking the products and services provided by the association with the needs of target groups
- Approving the employment of qualified personnel in accordance with the approved job standards and specifications
- Issuing final decisions on major projects and development plans that will be implemented
- Dealing with all the association’s employees, hearing their opinions, and motivating them to participate in meetings in order to learn about the achievements and challenges they face.
- Performing any other tasks assigned to him within the scope of his job duties
Requirements:
  • Obtaining a bachelor's degree in business administration as a minimum or its equivalent in a similar specialty
  • At least ten years of experience in the same field
  • Ability to analyze data and develop operational and strategic plans
  • High skills in communicating with others and the ability to establish and develop relationships
  • Ability to lead a work team
  • Experience in planning and budget management
