Responsibilities:
- Understanding the entity’s needs and strategic direction and identifying initiatives that will help achieve these strategic goals
- Planning the required development steps and identifying the needs that have the highest priority for implementation in accordance with the directives of senior management
- Study work procedures and contribute to their analysis using best practices
- Taking stock of the entity’s work systems and determining their role in achieving the targeted results
- Providing information about the targeted results of the work, preparing technical reports on them, and presenting them to concerned parties
- Evaluate solutions and verify their effectiveness by evaluating potential shortcomings in implementation
- Providing information about the systems and applications used in the entity and determining how they affect the quality of results
- Contributing to proposing systems and applications that can be used to serve the work
- Holding meetings and presentations to share ideas and results between management and concerned parties inside and outside the entity during the implementation of various processes related to technological aspects, systems and applications.
- Monitoring and documenting results and outputs
- Performing any other tasks assigned by the direct manager
- Conduct a comprehensive assessment of the current situation and performance of business units through comprehensive project evaluations
- Active participation in feasibility studies and analysis of business needs compatible with the project objectives
- Providing support for initiatives and programs aimed at sustainability for improvement and development
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in engineering in the following fields (computer - information systems - information technology)
At least 5 years of experience
Experience with government agencies or consulting offices
