- Receiving and greeting customers as they enter, explaining the products and paying attention to details and preferences
- Recording the reception movement in the tracking system
- Recording the dates of size, installation and finishing
- Making drawings on drawing programs
- Combining hand drawing and digital drawing to create complete illustrations
- Uploading the required documents to the follow-up system (drawing - application)
- Submitting periodic reports to the direct manager
- Informing customers about the latest offers and special discounts on an ongoing basis
- Follow up customer reviews
- Recording, documenting and delivering movements through the follow-up system
- Performing any other tasks requested by the direct manager within the scope of work
Requirements:
Proficiency in dealing with sales outlet devices and applicable follow-up programs
Communication skills and the ability to deal with different personalities
Accuracy and knowledge of customer preferences
