- Supervise, coordinate and schedule the activities of production workers who operate processing machines
and who fabricate, assemble, finish or inspect plastic parts and products.
- Establish methods to meet work schedules and coordinate work activities with other departments.
- Resolve work problems and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.

Requirements:
Relevant diploma or higher
Minimum of 2-5 years of experience as a Production Supervisor in the plastic industry
Strong knowledge of plastic manufacturing processes, equipment, plastic quality standards
Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Effective communication and interpersonal skills
Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
Proficient in using production management software and tools
Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies
