- A project manager is required to work for one of the companies specialized in lighting activity in the city of Riyadh
Roles and responsibilities:
* Build and manage sales projects department
* Develop and implement project department sales strategies to achieve company goals
* Direct supervision of the management, planning and organization of sales in accordance with the vision approved by management
* Managing and following up on all daily and administrative operations of the sales team
* Leading and building a distinguished team with skills based on scientific foundations to achieve sales goals
* Managing the department’s sales target and distributing it to the department’s sales team
* Manage the technical support department and provide reports on the necessary products and purchases for the department
* Creating a project-specific product portfolio based on customer and project needs
* Working to baptize Fanous Factory’s products with real estate developers, design offices, and competent authorities
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field
At least 5 years of project management experience, including experience leading work teams
Advanced knowledge of project management concepts, tools and techniques used
Excellent communication skills and ability to interact effectively with customers and internal teams
Strong leadership skills and ability to motivate and guide teams to achieve goals
