- A factory manager is required to work for one of the commercial companies specialized in lighting activity in the city of Buraidah
Roles and responsibilities:
* Contributing to drawing up the factory’s business plan and working on its implementation and development
* Manage daily factory operations and ensure production targets are met
* Planning and supervising production operations to achieve the required goals
* Monitor and analyze performance and take corrective action
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Business Administration, or related field
Ability to solve problems efficiently
Excellent communication skills
Leadership skills and decision-making ability
Knowledge of occupational safety and health policies
Experience in factory or production management is preferred
