- Developing the general strategy for the child care center, supervising activities to identify target markets and target end users, and developing appropriate business plans.
- Manage daily operations, such as recreational and educational activities, meal preparation, cleaning and other routine chores.
- Developing programs aimed at improving the physical, social, emotional and intellectual development of children, and coordinating these programs.
- Selecting, training and supervising employees, and monitoring their performance and behavior in light of the set objectives.
- Ensuring that facilities and equipment are kept clean and performing their functions, maintained in good condition, and ensuring that periodic maintenance and required repairs are carried out.
- Develop policies and procedures to ensure compliance with health, safety and environmental laws and regulations, and supervise their implementation.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent
Saudi nationality
Experience in the field of management, preferably managing children’s hospitality centres
