Main tasks:
- Monitoring the movement of vehicles, recording all data and information related to them, and clarifying issues resulting from decisions and instructions issued by senior management in accordance with regulatory policies and procedures.
- Developing the main objectives for monitoring vehicle movement, and implementing plans, programs and projects that contribute to achieving these objectives.
- Participate in organizing vehicle arrival and departure schedules according to the specified routes and monitor the extent of compliance with them by drivers.
- Preparing, submitting, documenting and archiving work reports.
- Recording all instructions, orders and decisions issued, writing them down in its own register, and working to send and explain them to the drivers.
- Monitoring the work and operations related to vehicles, such as recording their contents when leaving stations, their load and weight, the numbers of vehicle drivers, the time they begin and end work, and monitoring the extent of compliance with all followed policies and procedures.
