5. Customer service:
- Receiving visitors and responding to inquiries
- Handling phone calls and transferring them to the concerned authorities
Requirements:
Diploma or Bachelor's degree
More than one year experience
She holds courses in office administration, professional writing, time management, and office computer programs
Ability to speak and write clearly and professionally
Ability to deal with clients and colleagues effectively
Organization, time management and priority setting skills
Good knowledge of office computer programs such as Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Ability to use modern communication tools and technology
Skill in auditing and reviewing
Attention to detail to ensure accuracy of office work and avoid errors
