- Coordinating and organizing training programs, including scheduling trainers and trainees and arranging training materials
- Communicating with customers, meeting their needs, and providing the necessary information
- Follow up on the implementation of training programs and provide the necessary support to trainers and trainees
- Providing periodic reports and analyzes on the performance of training programs and recommending their improvement
- Cooperating with the internal work team to achieve the company’s goals and the required quality
Requirements:
University qualification in a related specialty
Previous experience in organizing and coordinating training programs
Proficiency in English (spoken and written) - a plus
Practical knowledge in submitting reports and monitoring the performance of training programs
Excellent communication skills and the ability to build good relationships with trainees and trainers
Strong organizational skills and ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines
