Responsibilities:
- Organizing administrative documents and files, managing internal and external transactions, in addition to monitoring internal systems and procedures to maintain work efficiency and organization
- Contribute to managing correspondence and supporting general administration, which facilitates workflow and achieves the company’s goals effectively

- Document and file management: Effectively organize and manage administrative documents and files, ensuring they are updated and classified in an organized manner
- Follow up on administrative transactions: Monitor and track the flow of administrative transactions within the company, such as orders, invoices, and reports
- Administrative correspondence: Preparing and sending administrative correspondence, and responding to internal and external inquiries in a proper and effective manner
- Administrative support: Assisting the general administration in organizing meetings, managing schedules, and organizing travel and internal events
- Assistance with data entry: The tracker may sometimes be asked to enter important data into the company's information systems
- Follow up on internal systems: Ensure that internal policies and procedures are implemented correctly and effectively
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
Practical experience in document and transaction management
Strong communication and administrative writing skills
Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and electronic document management systems
Ability to organize and manage time
