- A training project manager is required to work at an institute in Riyadh
Main tasks:
• Supervising the processes of plans for developing and implementing projects and programs in the entity, directing and following up on the processes of estimating the financial budget and determining the human and technical requirements and equipment necessary for its implementation and ensuring their provision in a timely manner and within their estimated cost.
• Supervising the processes of determining project assumptions and all interfaces with other projects or programs in the entity to ensure optimal exploitation of all available resources, and identifying project risks and the necessary steps to avoid them and resolve them in the appropriate time and manner.
• Coordinating with the project work team with the aim of reviewing the completed work and remaining stages, ensuring compliance with the project scope, approved project management standards, quality specifications, and managing change processes based on the established plans.
• Coordinating and following up on the processes of completing the main project phases and the project closure process, assessing the level of achievement of the project outcomes for its main objectives, ensuring the transfer of all relevant knowledge and experience, and documenting all documents, forms and reports related to the project.
• Supervising the preparation of project progress reports, project challenges and risks management reports, reports measuring performance indicators and project success factors on a regular basis, and submitting reports related to the various parties concerned in the project and submitting them to the entity’s senior management.
