- Implementing and applying administrative systems and regulations, including appointment, leave and transfer procedures
- Preparing and submitting periodic reports on work
- Implementing orders in force in the company
- Implementing and preserving circulars, decisions and instructions issued by the company
- Carrying out classification and file saving procedures
- Receiving and following up on sending all incoming and outgoing correspondence and parcels to and from the company
- Organizing and saving file archives and facilitating their retrieval
- Coordinating flight and hotel reservations
- Recruiting external and internal staff and coordinating interviews
- Issuing and deleting private medical insurance for employees, preparing reports and other administrative work
Requirements:
Proficiency in using computers and Microsoft Office programs
