- A sales and marketing manager is required to work in a factory in Riyadh
Responsibilities and tasks:

- Developing organizational strategies for sales
- Studying the needs and requirements of the labor market, analyzing the labor market, and arriving at customer needs and providing them
- Permanently follow and study the labor market, learn about new products and competition, and gain full knowledge of them
- Preparing strategic plans for sales and business development
- Pricing the services, goods and commodities provided by the company
- Developing and supervising marketing plans
- Marketing and promotion of new products, services, merchandise, and merchandise
- Prepare a comprehensive administrative and strategic plan to manage and develop revenues, sales, and profits
- Permanently training employees and updating them with the most important marketing methods for sales

Requirements:
At least 4 years of experience in factories
Experience in insulation panels, aluminum and iron
Verbal and written communication skills
Mastering administrative and leadership skills at all stages
Creative thinking skills and always ready to present and propose innovative ideas
