Roles and responsibilities:
- Setting the goal: Setting the marketing goal, which is to increase the number of customers while promoting the brand and thus increasing sales

Based on the understanding of the audience, you can choose advertisers and also the offers presented to the target audience.
- Market and competitor analysis: Study the market and analyze competitor strategies to determine strengths and weaknesses
- Developing the marketing message: Determine the message that should reach the audience, emphasizing the unique aspects and added values of the restaurant
