- Receiving and welcoming visitors in a manner befitting the general appearance of the academy
- Introducing the academy, its goals, activities and offers to attract customers
- Providing all information and services to academy subscribers and visitors
- Managing subscriptions through customized computer programs
- Print invoices and forms related to customers and follow up on their subscriptions
- Submitting reports on the progress of work to the direct manager
- Responding to telephone inquiries and communication application inquiries
- Follow up on children and guests and pay attention to them and their safety
- Carrying out any tasks assigned by the direct manager related to the nature of the work
Requirements:
Customer Service Diploma or (Secondary + Experience)
Familiarity with the basics of the English language
Familiarity with computer basics
Joviality, good behavior and persuasion skills
Availability of transportation to and from the workplace
