- Follow up on subscriptions and the system, supervise it, and follow up on customer service
- Follow up on maintenance procedures, malfunction repair, and cleaning procedures
- Dealing with complaints and incidents directly
- Helping clients and guiding them to their sports activities
- Setting and dividing sports schedules and supervising the training staff
- Supervising sales and billing operations and achieving periodic goals
- Supervising, recording and following up on expenses
- Supervising female employees’ housing and submitting reports thereon
- Follow up and update inventory and inventory operations
- Training the crew on the nature of their work
- Submitting reports on the tasks assigned to the direct manager
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in sports or administrative field
At least one year of experience in supervision or operation management, preferably in a sports field
Excellent communication skills
Excellent English language
Familiarity with daily operational processes, follow-up and coordination of schedules
Familiarity with developing operational policies, procedures and laws
Familiarity with setting budgets and achieving financial goals
Familiarity with using computers
