- Develop comprehensive logistical plans that suit the company’s needs and goals

- Coordination between different departments to ensure smooth logistical work
Communication and coordination:
- Communicate with suppliers and customers to ensure a smooth and effective flow of information
- Resolve any problems that may arise during logistics operations quickly and efficiently

Data analysis and reporting:
